A faculty member from the University of Basra participates in an international volleyball refereeing course in Uzbekistan.

Professor Dr. Muhannad Khairallah Jabbar, a faculty member at the College of Physical Education and Sports Sciences at the University of Basra, participated in an international volleyball refereeing course held in the Republic of Uzbekistan. The course included 22 referees representing various Asian countries.

The course comprised theoretical lectures and practical applications presented by a select group of international instructors, aiming to enhance the participants' skills and prepare them according to the latest rules of the game.

Dr. Muhannad Khairallah Jabbar's participation underscores the presence of Iraqi talent in international sporting events and highlights the University of Basra's role in supporting and developing its faculty to contribute effectively to the advancement of sports both locally and regionally.
