Continuing its pioneering academic role… The College of Physical Education and Sports Sciences participates in postgraduate studies discussions at the University of Kufa.
As part of the distinguished academic presence of faculty members from the College of Physical Education and Sports Sciences at the University of Basra in Iraqi universities, Professor Dr. Abdul Halim Jabr Nazal chaired the committee that discussed the Master's thesis of student Noor Abdul Hussein Ahmed in the Department of Physical Education and Sports Sciences, College of Basic Education, University of Kufa. The thesis was titled:
“The Role of Charismatic Leadership in Developing Communication Skills among Directors of Sports and Scouting Activities Departments in the General Directorates of Education from the Perspective of Educational Supervisors.”
This distinguished academic participation reflects the high academic standing of the faculty members of the College of Physical Education and Sports Sciences at the University of Basra, and their extensive scientific and research experience, which has qualified them to assume academic roles in various Iraqi universities.
For his part, the Dean of the College, Professor Dr. Haider Awfi Ahmed, expressed his pride in this scholarly participation, emphasizing that Professor Dr. Abdul Halim Jabr Nazal's chairmanship of the dissertation committee at the University of Kufa represents a new addition to the College's record of academic achievements and reflects the prestigious academic standing of its faculty members among Iraqi universities.
He noted that the College administration continues to support and sponsor scientific and research activities, believing that true investment lies in academic talent capable of contributing to the development of knowledge and serving educational and sports institutions in Iraq.
